A pair of American Wigeons (Anas Americana), male on the right and female on the left, cruising Stow Lake in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco CA. One of the dabbling ducks who dunk their heads and with tails in the air to feed, the American Wigeon breeds in northwestern North America and is found throughout the rest of the continent in migration and in winter.
